Wonderful Stress Relief Techniques for Your Body Mind Spirit and Friends!

Have Fun, Relax, Enjoy and Unwind...

Body Mind Spirit: they are inseparable and sometimes we forget that the best stress relief technique is to have fun! The simple pleasures of life can have an enormous amount of benefit to our health and overall well-being.

So this page is dedicated to just having fun. For me, my very first cruise was an experience I'll never forget, and I think there is nothing more enjoyable than sharing that with a group of friends, so I just love the idea of cruises.

And of course I had never seen such exotic and beautiful places before...this is a tiny island off the coast of Cuba where the locals come to show off their wares to passing cruisers that stop by. The water was so blue the picture just can't do it justice.

I really did not know the meaning of the word Luxury until I discovered cruising; the combination of total relaxation and carefree lounging was the ultimate vacation I'd always dreamed about. I did not have to worry about anything, down to laundry or even making my own bed! If you ask me, a cruise is the best in all-inclusive vacations; body mind spirit and all, you are pampered from head to toe, talk about body-mind-spirit relaxation! With the amazing accommodations and impeccable service it was very hard to go home after that! Talk about a stress relief technique!

Ships cabins are kept immaculate by seemingly invisible attendants, an afternoon stroll on the deck is a haven for the appetite, a smorgasbord of food brimming everywhere you look. There is casual dining fine dining, and tastes for every pallet imaginable.

I remember coming back to my house and wistfully looking at my bed wondering where the towels folded in the shape of animals were, here is my cabin cat...

Of course even the towel animals didn't do justice to the amazing wildlife:

And never under-estimate the thrill of making new friends!

So there you have it, one of my favorite body mind spirit relaxation techniques!

Of course there are many ways to relax!
